I never received a text message saying my truck was ready. When I got there, the truck wasn’t washed yet(second time in a row this has happened at this dealership). I had to wait for them to wash it which caused me to be late picking up my daughter. Lastly, my windshield washer fluid light was on. I couldn’t turn around and go back. The report said it was “ok.” It made me doubt how much was actually completed if the windshield washer fluid wasn’t filled when the light was on, but the report said it was “ok.” Disappointing trip today.

The only issue I had was that when my son & I dropped off his car, I had a coupon for the service. I showed my email so you can see what the coupon was. My son picked up his car & paid for the service but the coupon was not used so we didn’t receive the discount.
