When my daughter and I dropped off our car Jonathan came out to greet us and we told him the issues and services we needed to be addressed. When Duane called me he was very rushed and only spoke of the one issue of my daughters gas valve and that it would take 3 weeks to be ordered. He spoke very fast and was ready to get me off the phone before I questioned about the other services, her passenger window not operating right and to have her headlights checked. He said he didn’t know anything about it. I heard him over talking to Jonathan in the background he told me he would have those checked and call me back. He called me back 15 minutes later to tell me that he was gonna charge me $85 to have a computer adjust the window and $875 to replace two lights. I told him I was unhappy with the customer service that I was receiving and very annoyed. I’ve never had issues like this. That they should really take lessons from their brother company Toyota across the street. We picked up my daughters car and got the lights replaced for a 3rd of what I was being asked to pay. Ford you need to step up your customer service is you are going to charge outrageous prices for service.
