Waved inside building by employee. Went inside and many men sitting at stations with no customers. No one offered to help so went to gentleman who waved me in and he said someone would be with me shortly. Stood there for several minutes with no one looking at me. Finally young man approached and asked if I had appointment, said yes and he checked me in. All went well after that.

Came in to upgrade our navigation system and they wanted to charge us 3,000.00 to replace to camera and some cartridge. I know about audio and I can replace my whole audio system with blue tooth and navigation now for less than 600.00. So I do not think this was very satisfying. They did not give us any options and now we live with no navigation and no safety camera.
