Fredy, is fantastic to work with and very communicative and responsive. The disappointment part is after have $1500 of preventative maintenance done, I drove the truck 9 miles to only have the engine start leaking coolant fluid.

Sal was absolutely phenomenal to work with in getting my car serviced. In a dire situation, he approached everything with patience and ensured that I knew Ford was doing everything they could to take care of my car every step of the way.
