Loss of trustworthiness due to upselling. Said I needed a $2000 repair which was not needed after second opinion. Never coming back to RSM Ford for service. This is not the first time.

I brought my car in to get a tire sensor fixed. They punctured the side wall and said they didn’t do it. They showed me a video of the air coming out. They said it was already there. There is no way that could be true. If air was leaking out that fast I would not have been able to drive over there.
