Fredy is a true professional. He is friendly & helpful & knowledgeable. He made an undeniably horrible experience (my 2-week-old Bronco having a "Powertrain Malfunction") tolerable. He even let me have a loaner car since apparently my Bronco can't be fixed for a few more weeks. Thank you Fredy! I feel like I'm in good hands with him.

When I picked up car, Incident with lost key & couldn’t access my locked car. Waited over an hour to try to get the car unlocked. Was not handled professionally. Very disappointed since first time at Rancho Ford. Was going to be offered 2 free key faubs ( since one of mine not good), but that went away when my good key was finally located. Now I have to pay close to $500 for a second faub. Not a good way to do business.

I was very happy with Salvador but my biigest problem was that I called 3 times before coming in and I was told each time by the person that took my call that my message was being sent to Sal. Well when I came in here was not aware that I was coming in with the same problem. So I’m more disappointed in the service of the receptionists that took my call and never deliver my messages
