Clare is such an asset to your service team. She is friendly, has excellent follow through, filled me in on the status of my vehicle every step of the way. While RSM Ford was not able to correct the defect occurring with my car I completely understand that the problem arose at a higher level. While I am disappointed with Ford at the moment I am pretty certain I will purchase another Ford and the experience I had with Clare makes me feel comfortable trusting RSM Ford Thank you so much for the excellent service.

My truck was there from 9AM until closing for an oil change and check engine light. No update all day long until I called shortly before closing. Was told the check engine light had to be diagnosed at fleet service so I could leave it overnight or take it there myself. And I was a bit disappointed to find my very dirty truck was not washed when I came to pick it up....
