I had a full day of meetings and no breaks where I could reasonably drop my car off for a recall repair. SM Ford picked up my car for me (that was amazing by itself) and Clare called me as soon as the car arrived on site to confirm what needed to be done. Clare called me when the repairs were complete, and my car was on its way back to my home (again, I can’t thank you enough for offering that level of service).

I droped of my car the night before. Fredy called me at 7AM to confirm. I did not hear anything back and finally called at 4 PM and he was just starting to get a quote. He called back at 4:30. I have been a loyal customer with Duane for many years and he was fantastic, I have 3 cars I take in. Just got a 4 Ford. The problem was when Fredy called me he rattled of everything the the computer came up with, Trottle body, coil, spark plugs,wires, so many that I had to stop him and tell him that he is way out of line. In addition he said due to the age I need to replace tires ( not very old) battery, and so much. I lost complete confidence with the dealership. I can go on but he nver found out waht we wrong. the bottom line was he wanted me to spend $2000.00 wittout a real solution. invoice 627269
