I was shocked at the cost of the charging cable that had to be replaced. The old cable was only two years old and was a recall item. $500 for a cable is ridiculous!!!

Fredy is great! The team was swamped on Friday, but Fredy made sure to update me on my car’s service and when it would be completed. He was very kind and helpful.

It took 6 days to diagnose my car. The service agent offered to my my car for $500 and would fix it themselves. It cost me $2300 dollars for them to install a part that took half a day! I wasn’t offered any kind of service car. I was told I was going to be called and I was not called until four days later! I got an apology… You had my car for 12 days! This is not the kind of service I have ever experienced with Ford.

Claire was and is the most amazing person you have working at Ford! I have been upset many times about my car but Claire made me feel better. She text and called me daily. She even took pictures for me. I can’t say enough good things about Claire and her over-the-top customer service.
