Miguel was very helpful. He answered all my questions and kept me up to date on my van’s progress. All the employees took extra time to explain some of the workings of my van; for example where the coolant goes and where the tools are for my spare tire. It was very helpful as I am taking a long road trip.

In a tough situation she consulted with her manager and found a solution that worked to resolve our problem with our new car. We currently have our car and are awaiting parts and/or guidance from Ford on how to fix the solutions. She was very professional the whole time and delivered a high level of service. Thanks Steve
