It took way too long for a simple fix. Wasn't given the proper paperwork the dmv needed. Had to come back. Johnathan didn't have a clue about the paperwork needed. This couldn't have been your 1st rodeo for this recall. Doesn't surprise me though. All dealerships service ****. By the way, your mechanic didn't plug the obd back in, I had to do it.

The car is running much better now but I had requested the car to be washed and was told it would be by the time I was going to pick it up. It had not been washed when I picked it up,

The entire service, parts and sales staff were exceptional. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. As an out of towner, I had no previous experience at this dealership but will certainly us them again as I frequent the area to visit family. Well done by all.

You could not find the noise I was speaking of with my car. But I believe you checked thoroughly and tightened things up somewhat. I was extremely happy when I did not hear the noise on my drive home. But now the noise is starting to come back slowly. I will keep an eye on it. I was satisfied with your service and Sal was extremely nice and understanding.
