Really impressed with Fredy and the quick turnaround to repair my vehicle. Fredy was patient to explain what was found to cause the check engine lite and the recommended repair. Was also impressed with the bumper to bumper inspection sheet attached to the repair order. I felt SM Ford really took care of my car above and beyond. Thank you!

The team let Miguel down. Cracked the windshield and didn’t tell him. Left the antena off. Miguel was great, but the other is no bueno

The car is still not running right. It is making a significant amount of noise when accelerating. It doesn't sound like it was test driven after new parts were installed on the vehicle.

Great communication. Very helpful with questions I had. I drove from Riverside because this was the only location with the part I needed that was nearby. It was a 45 minute drive but I would absolutely be willing to make that trek again!
