Very upset! First I was mislead in believing my warranty was pre approved. So I dropped the car off, come to find out nothing was approved. So the car sat at the dealership for 2 weeks. I then asked Kayla for a quote over email, then over voicemail, she was just horrible at getting back to me, I literally kept calling and calling. Then, finally an email with a quote of $2700 for an oil change. So I had to personally come back in and spoke to the service manager Ron to complain. He was not much better at tackling my issue or even listening to me as a customer. Come worse, I go to pick up my vehicle to find out that the oil change has not even been done after the Ron specifically told Kayla right in front of me, “He needs an oil change”. The real topper was all four of my custom over 8K rims were damaged while under the care of Livermore Porsche. Beyond upset with this dealership and their service!

Several reasons we are dissatisfied. 1. Quote to replace windshield was $1600. When work was done it was $2,300. You did the work without telling me of price increase. Then I was told I need to pay before releasing the car. 2. You basically held my car hostage because you wouldn't release my car unless I bought tires from you. This is highly questionable practice. 3. You didn't wash the car after a week? Please call my husband Mike at ****-****-xxxx. He would like to speak with you.
