Everything is great - the ding correction, the battery, tires, car tracks better, everything. Kayla’s communication is excellent - we use text - fantastic. She sets expectations high and does her best to exceed them. I can communicate a detail to her and she gets me and replies. I enjoy the people at Porsche of Livermore and bring the car there for service since purchase. Kayla and her team understand what I do with the car in PCA and generally and help me meet my goals with these experiences. This is the best overall service experience received to date at Porsche of Livermore. Congratulations to Kayla and the entire team.

It started out ruff but it ended up being a good experience. The only thing that has to change is the loaner car,.I didn't know that I would need to have one until they told me that they were going to keep my vehicle then I assumed they would have one for me,,,and that's when they told me that I had to ask for one 4 weeks in advance, how was I to know that I would need one,,finally after 2 weeks and a conversation with the manager I received a phone call to come and pick up a loaner,,my wish is that they will think about what transpired during this transaction and prevent this from happening again
She is very professional, conscientious of the customer needs and time, cordial and makes it a great experience to have my serviced knowing it is taken care of very well. Thank you

Really frustrating trying to reach the service department. I hate leaving voicemails. Better communication would be appreciated. And if they can’t work on the car the day it comes in, then don’t schedule it.

Kayla was very professional & courteous in explaining the services being done on my vehicle and in answering the questions I had regarding the details of the services. She also pursued my request with Porsche regarding defraying the cost of replacing my sagging headliner which I appreciated even though Porsche has thus far denied the request. She also provided excellent service by mentioning all the options available to me on my vehicle issues so I could make informed decisions!
Kayla was amazing. In a stressful situation for us as customers traveling from out of town, she did a great job handling everything.

Being an owner of multiple Porsche's and buying one directly from Porsche Livermore... I fully understand and love the great people, culture and product behind the brand. Unfortunately, this specific dealership has failed to live up to that brand. In a span of a month I tried to engage with Porsche Livermore as a buyer and a service customer. I was initially looking into purchasing one of their pre-owned inventory, their automated online experience and communication to set up an appointment is excellent. 2 thumbs up, no problem ...although when I got to the dealership for my appointment, I checked into the front... and after 30min... no one showed up and no one asked if I needed help. Complete waste of time... Never mind I'll look elsewhere. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt (which is my fault) and decided to engage with Porsche Livermore again via their Service Dept. That could be better right? Again, the online automated experience was great! I got a text showing me a video walkthrough of my car from the mechanic and I also got an automated online estimate. Great! ...until ...I tried to ask a question through the online estimate. Sent out the question... crickets...ok I'll call them... but yet again, trying to talk to a human being is a total fail. Trying to connect is like pulling teeth. It took almost 2 weeks just to get an estimate. I understand we all have busy schedules, but at this point it would probably be easier to connect with a DMV representative, than to get a hold of a service advisor or meet with a sales rep. Anyway, thought I'd share my experience as I know not all experiences are not the same. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and hoping to wash this nasty taste off of a brand I dearly love.
