You guys are deceitful and crooked. You don’t give full disclosure and your goal is not customer satisfaction but how to con people and take their money. For a Porche brand to do business that way is very disappointing. I’ll never come again to your shop and will discourage anyone from coming.

Kayla is great, no issues. I got an email today stating that I missed my appointment. This upsets me. Also, the showroom rep that gave me my keys Saturday had no record of my payment which upsets me as well.

I'm happy the car performs as it should. I'm also happy that the service Department listened to the issues and resolved them, even with the COVID restrictions in place and difficulty in obtaining parts, they stuck to the issue and fixed the problems.
