Porsche was unable to provide me a loaner vehicle and so I had to rent a car and pay for it for two days.

First of, I called and left voicemails for someone to call me back so I could schedule my vehicle service. Nobody called me back until a week later when I called back and was finally able to get a hold of someone.
Car was serviced and when I was asked if I wanted to purchase my tires from the dealership, I said no because it was $1,400 more expensive compared to the place I got my new tires. When I told the service rep that I wanted to purchase my tires from elsewhere, her attitude changed and very short and borderline unfriendly.
When I got to the dealership to meet with the tow truck driver to get my car towed, the service Rep’s attitude wasn’t friendly. Aside from that, after spending $519 in services, my vehicle was not washed. Instead, it was dirtier and bird droppings everywhere. I have been a customer at Livermore Porsche for almost 3 years and this time it was a horrible experience. I was extremely disappointed. In my life, I’d had a couple Porsche vehicles and had been very pleased with the vehicle and services. This time I was very disappointed and it really ruined my few days.
Really sad.... I am going to take my vehicle to another dealership for service, moving forward.
