The service was excellent. I was impressed with my car ride home from Elijah, the detailed video of my car breaks and tread from Clint. It was my first time at Porsche Livermore and I would gladly be back for more service. Thank you!
I was surprised and expected 3-day service turns into a 3-week ordeal and it’s not even done yet! I dropped off my 911 turbo s to have ceramic coating applied and my 2nd car key re-programmed 3 weeks ago. It turned out the key was not functional and a new key was ordered accordingly. Given the lead time was 5 business days, I decided to leave my car there. Then for the past 2 weeks I received no updates from service. I called a couple times and left messages but never received calls back. I then texted a couple times and thankfully I got simple replies like “the key is not here yet”… I would appreciate if service can be more proactive and figure out what and where the delay is… I decided to pick up my car this morning and requested a mobile service once the key does get shipped. I understand key can be tricky given chip shortage during covid. I’m not trying to cause grief to nobody. But I suppose service with Porsche’s caliber should be a lot more proactive and efficient.
Nevertheless I appreciate Kayla’s professional help. Hopefully this where-is-the-key mystery can be resolved soon...

Noticed significant decline in service quality for the past few visits
Lack of communication or updates
Service department is hard to reach often directed to voicemail without return response from service team.
Client has to proactively call to obtain diagnostic / price quote status to initiate maintenance/ repair otherwise the car will have sit for 4-6 hrs without initiation of services
Client has to also call to follow up/ confirm the completion of repair / maintenance
It’s rather unfortunate that porsche Livermore is no longer providing quality services
