Communication is poor. Received a notification that I did not show for my service but I did. Waited and called the day I dropped off the car and we missed the window for pickup, had to wait for the next day.

Kayla is the best. A little bummed Porsche hasn’t figured out a real fix for the hybrid diluting the oil with fuel. But the service experience was great. Thanks.

The inspection report paper did not showing tire pressure most of the time. I found 39 in front and 48 and 47 in real tire yesterday when I picked the car. I Leaned from Porsche in Fremont that the tire pressure 36 in front and 42 in real ( max.) I adjusted four tire pressure after arrive home plus new tires looked too dirt and old , not look like new tires to me. One manufacturer date 2519 and another is 0519 ( almost 2years old )... plus I need drive back to fix the min problem this morning. I wish the service could be better .

Technician left a dirty foot print on floor mat, which I had to clean. Parts desk ordered the wrong part and delayed the time it took to resolve my issue. The installation fee I was charged was different than what I was told when I received my first estimate. You can make me more satisfied by ordering the proper part, installing things in a professional manner, and honoring your estimates.

The servicing staff were wonderful as usual but just abit disappointed that even though I received notifications that my vehicle was ready for collection after an 80k servicing, the interior was not cleaned.
Even when the service center is overloaded, Kayla has been a pleasure to work with as she has always been professional and courteous.
They didn’t help me and old girl was very rude I’ll never in life come there again
