Honestly, I did not feel like a valued customer. I have had much better customer experience at other dealerships when I have owned other cars.
We took our car for services since the engine light was on which is a recurring issue with my SUV. Our appointment was scheduled for Monday, December 21st. My husband took the car to the dealership and he was told by Kayla his service representative that she would keep updating us on the status which never happened. I called up on Tuesday to check the status and I was told they were trying to diagnose the problem and she tried to defend herself and blame us for the situation. I didn’t hear back from her on Wednesday . My husband called up Porsche Livermore and Kayla was again rude and defensive. Since they couldn’t give us any updates as to what was going on with my car ,we head to bring our car back home. He has registered a complaint with Porsche headquarters. We were not offered a loaner which Porsche is supposed to provide if they were not sure what was up with my car. Kayla was very defensive and blaming us. Never had such bad experience previously with a service representative at this dealership. I am not happy with the way she handled the situation. We were told by the headquarters that Porsche Germany needs to get back to them on the issue and they were on Xmas holidays. Knowing the fact I don’t understand why she didn’t communicate that with us. We would have totally understood the situation. We were without a loaner for 3 days. Totally disappointed with her services.

The whole team did an awesome job. I went to another Porsche for the same issue previously and they completely missed the problems with my vehicle. The video Livermore Porsche provided was an awesome experience that I've never had before.
Livermore Porsche will be my exclusive dealer from now on.
The staff neglected to fill in the service information in my ownership service manual, which I left on the front seat. Other than that, everything was done well.
