Kayla was fine—but the checkin process is crazy—after making an appointment on line and providing all my info —Kayla has to do it again will I waited around for 20 minutes. You have safety for COVID with pens then make us sign with our finger on a pad everyone uses—or use a pen that has a rubber end out of the common tray. The service manager needs to walk through procedures and fix all unnecessary paper shuffling and observe how people checkin and out and make sure it’s really safe.

Prompt response and received my car back as promised
Due to the vehicle being left on premise over the weekend, when I picked it up it was dirty. The service agent did nor make herself available to greet me at pick up. But the product managers who were helping me with some operation questions were kind enough to offer to have the car wiped down again with germicide (because of all the touching) and then I asked if they can rewaah the car, which they did. I also noticed the inferior seemed dirty, where a simple wipe down could have greatly improved the appearance. I mentioned this to my service agent afterwards and I felt her responses were very canned and unhelpful. I did not expect this type of experience from Porsche Service.

We actually brought two cars in during the same week and I provided similar feedback for the first vehicle. Kayla rocks and did a great job managing the communication, managing our expectations and timing for our vehicles.

The issue that my car was towed into the dealership for was not fixed. I picked up the car and car still has the same issue. This was a waist of my time, money and mikes on my vehicle. I’m very dissatisfied with the service performed.
