I was promised completion of the work on my vehicle three different times. It is my opinion that other customers were placed in front of my work. That’s poor customer relations. The work I requested could have been completed in one week. Instead it took your service department twelve days. That’s unacceptable.

The service department does not b pick up the phone. Over an hour we called 4 times to get an update as to when our car would be done. We were transfered and it rang and rang. The 4th time we called sales and they walked a message over to service. We then got a call back. Seems like the service department needs more help?

The driver side door speaker panel is broken. A sharp 12inch needle file was left in the rider side leather seat. The battery was not checked as claimed- inspected myself to find nearly dry cells. One cell may be shorted, so likely need to get a replacement. Have not tried the top repair yet, not expecting issues.
