Alex and team at Livermore Subaru are as professional as possible. Always very happy and eager to assist, delivering the best service possible. Sad to see Matt gone, but still very satisfied with the services provided.
While we were satisfied with the service overall, we did get our first door ding with a small scratch in the paint while our car was at the dealership. We are hesitant to bring it back for that very reason.

Why make an appointment at 7am and do early drop off if it takes all day for a basic maintenance to do done? Doesn't seem right. When I've waited in person (something I'm not comfortable doing due to COVID-19), I've had similar maintenances completed in significantly shorter times.

I know it is a small dealership but the circus act from the service staff trying to back into each other and repeatedly boxing me in rather than just letting me get out of their way. Also I don't think the one sucking on their mask understands the point.
