Appointment times don’t do much good. Two and a half hours for an oil change!!!

Ms. Heather Brown made it all easy in my last visit for the service on my Outback. A problem came up during the repair and she was honest enough to let me know that it was caused at the time of repair and arranged immediately for the fix. She also went out of her way to fix another problem including finding out warranty on my old Outback. That's just frictionless customer service!
Dean was super helpful and explained the service.
