Slow and Expensive services on everything no matter the size of the job .. seems like every time I bring the car, they are short staffed. Or it’s the excuse I’m always given. I turned down getting a new set of tires just because I was told they wouldn’t be done till the following day even tho I only came for an oil change. Seems a bit excessive.

Alex really went out of his way 2 get us repaired at the best possible price. This was an older car and Alex really shopped around to find hard to get parts. I really appreciated the extra effort.
