Repairs were fine. William was fine checking in and out but neglected to give any updates as I waited. When appointment was booked I was told I would have a rental car since I lived in Brentwood. Upon arrival I was told new management had no arrangements. So I had to wait from 10:30 am until 4 pm. If I had been informed I could have made arrangements for a ride. Previous visits I was even offered an Uber ride home—no such luck this time. Very disappointing.

Kitryna was very helpful and honored a prior promise from another service manager. However, I tried 5 times to call for service and no one answered. I even call the sales manager who said he'd have service call me back but it never happened. I finally was able to book online but someone should always be available to answer the phone. I was advices that there was no shuttle and they had no Uber account set up for client due to change of ownership. I hope the service department gets the staffing they need to manage customer expectations.
A phenomenal job as always
When I made my appointment I was told I would have an Uber ride to drive me home and back to pick up my car. When I arrived to my appointment, I was told that there were no Ubers available and I could possibly get a ride from one of their drivers. I was given a ride home but had to have my husband drive me back to pick up my car.

Check in was smooth. Nice professional service rep. Too bad the service department does not pick up the phone when they receive calls. Several attempts and even called sales to reach out to them on my behalf. No call back.
