Katryna was great, but my service was not completed. I am still waiting for a call that the part needed has come in. It’s now been a week and I’m still waiting. Secondly, my blue tooth connection for my phone has not worked since my car was worked on last Friday. I am most anxious to get the STARLINK updated and to get my phone working properly. Thank you!

Passenger side sun visor fell apart as soon as I touched it. My research shows this is a very common failure but it would have been nice to be warned. I’m sure it was loose before it failed

Communication was one way only. No updates were given on the nearly two week repair. Dean snd staff are very personable, but having better phone support for service is worth the investment.

I appreciate all your staff have done for the service and I understand they might have had a high volume day and overwhelming schedule , Since you’re asking I need to be authentic and out of care tell you the truth, It was a long wait to get the service at least 5 hours and it was overprice for the service I am not sure I comeback for another service but I am business owner and I truly appreciate everything your staff has done for me. I asked to change the battery in my key, she did not do it. I asked to have the technician adjust the passenger side skirt and it is still not aligned property. The internet was not working, and was a distractive concern of the service advisor, I expected more from the service team. I’m not sure if it left me wanting to return.

There is a "drop off" option when scheduling a service appointment online. No one reached out to me to let me know there was no longer a loaner car program prior to my appointment. I had another appointment scheduled that I had to reschedule last minute while at the dealership. Perhaps remove the drop off option or bring back the loaner cars? Also, my appointment was at 10am for an oil change and a tire rotation. I checked my car in at 945 and waited until 1245 until it was done. Too long of a wait for scheduled routine maintenance. Thank you

Asked to check the brakes because the car shimmys after releasing the brake pedal. The problem was omitted on service request. Pleased- with new CD installation.. Wait for service rep assistance needs to be addressed by dealership
