Audio for an advertisement played during the walk-around video inspection. I was interested in hearing the technician but could not because of the ad audio. Other than that, I am satisfied with the service and attention that my vehicle and I received from Livermore Honda today.

Everything was fine until one of your service technicians cursed out my husband in the parking lot. Older Asian man cursed my husband out for being in the service parking lot while waiting for me to come out from Paying. Not a hood look for Honda to have employees curse at customers who pay a lot of money for service and vehicles.
due to covid, they said they cant clean the car. they should tell these things upfront, before servicing.
Alex has typically been the advisor to service the car. He has always been very helpful in in making sure I get the right service, discounts, keeps me informed throughout and makes sure service is done on time.
