Burke was incredible to work with. I drive an extra 20 minutes out of my way just to see him because the quality of service he provides is top notch. He’s very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I trust him and that truly is why I wouldn’t go to another shop!

I purchased my vehicle from this location in Livermore in 2010, and have been dealing with staff in Livermore since. I trust the decisions and suggestions made with regard to service on both of my Honda Vehicles. 2007 & 2010, both are on the road, and running great!!!! Love my Honda’s and love my service team!!! Alex provide excellent customer service. The manner in which he handled my car issues were commendable. His attention to the details is unmatched. He promptly identified the problem with my vehicle and took swift action to complete the service requests that were made. He also made sure to take the time to listen to me reassuring me my vehicle was going to be safe to drive upon return. What impressed me the most is his honesty, Alex is a great ambassador for your company, he demonstrated the perfect example of a loyal employee. Honda is fortunate to have him.

Part of the service checkpoints included the battery check, which showed that it need to be replaced. Since it was still under warranty, you guys replaced it no extra charge.
