My experience with Livermore Honda has been a non stop frustrating anxiety fest. They sold me a "certified" used vehicle with bald tires, no coolant, and a broken fog light. When I took the car in to get the fog light repaired they damaged my bumper, and misplaced hardware. Also I have still not received my title, and it has been over a month.

I recently moved to half Moon Bay. And while it probably would have been easier to get my car maintenanced by a Honda service center on the peninsula, I chose to return to Livermore because of Burke and the great customer service I always receive.

The part, a blower was ordered during my visit in November, and had been delivered sometime later. According to Sean, no one informed him upon the receipt of the part. I had been waiting for a call for about a month, until I texted in. On the customer service end, Sean is a pleasure to work with.

Sean Weaver was very cordial, professional, & helpful to me. He met all my expectations & answered every question I had. He gets an A+\excellent in my book. Totally separate from Sean’s performance as a service advisor, I did have a problem with my touch screen after my service. For the rest of that day, my passenger side mirror camera image would not show in the screen. It was blank/black - even when I pushed the button on the end of turn indicator. I fiddled with the turn indicator & the button for the rest of the day as I was driving, turning it off & on, & FINALLY, it resolved itself & came back on. Is it common to have screen problems like that after service?

Livermore Honda has the best service in the area. I’ve taken my car to Dublin Honda which is closer but if not experienced the same level of service and customer care

I live 35 miles away from Livermore , but I am so happy with Livermore Honda I am ok with the drive. I like my service advisor too. Sean is always cheerful and knows my name and always willing to explain my service needs. Can’t say enough good about Livermore Honda!!
