My advisor did not believe customer request. She claimed she does not have time to fulfill customer request and she seem no patience at all. As for me , I feel real bad about her service. How can she so rude .

After my service pick up I walked around looking at a new vehicle (Passport or Pilot) not one question by a Honda employee. RJ’s job was done ($95 for an oil change and tire rotation, not what I expected.) I DO NOT blame RJ, I have a feeling that things have changed at Livermore Honda, and not for the customer’s benefit...
No Shuttle available, Uber available after my drop off but not to come back for pick up? Is this all Pandemic issue, or is it a “ money” game?
