There was zero communication when it came to updating me with my vehicle status. Every time I called I was transferred to Sonya only to hear her voicemail. If you guys are really that busy perhaps hire more service clerks.

I was told of the oil and filter change as well as the tire rotation and turning off the service light but not the fuel system cleaning additive at $46.10. It is not listed in the owners guide as a service item under the main or sub item menu or any other maintenance schedule. I would like my money refunded for this portion.

Staff were great. The service took a little longer but all that was discussed was done. Great work by the team. Only feedback I have is that the waiting area sofa/ chairs were not clean.
