Sonja was very helpful. She went over and beyond her job by helping me with my Uber that couldn’t connect to my phone. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
There was zero communication when it came to updating me with my vehicle status. Every time I called I was transferred to Sonya only to hear her voicemail. If you guys are really that busy perhaps hire more service clerks.

I was told of the oil and filter change as well as the tire rotation and turning off the service light but not the fuel system cleaning additive at $46.10. It is not listed in the owners guide as a service item under the main or sub item menu or any other maintenance schedule. I would like my money refunded for this portion.
There was no proper follow up after smog check.

Staff were great. The service took a little longer but all that was discussed was done. Great work by the team. Only feedback I have is that the waiting area sofa/ chairs were not clean.
Lack of communication which resulted in numerous trips to Livermore from Manteca.
