Ismael was great. he was professional in my dealings.
I had to call in multiple times for an update on my car and the never called when it was ready. I had to call.
I had called ~3-4 weeks in advance of my 1 year anniversary of the car for the first service and also requested the recall service to be completed at the same time. It was disappointing to come in for the service to learn that the needed part was not on hand and available - which means I will now require another service apt. I would suggest that the dealership notify customers in advance and offer a reschedule as no one wants to have separate service appointments.

I was supposed to get a follow up for thermostat leak a week ago. Haven’t heard anything.
How do you’s customer service is very poor in my opinion. I have received great customer service in the past at other dealerships so I know how I should be treated at a dealership.
When I pulled up to drop off my vehicle for my prepaid service no one came out to collect my car and I wasn’t sure what to do which was different from in the past when I had service. After waiting I left my vehicle and went inside to join 5 people waiting-no one greeted me when I walked in or even looked at me. I watched a woman who was waiting to be helped be ignored until it was my turn and I asked her have you been helped and she said no and then she finally was helped. When it was my Turn to be helped I asked the lady at the front desk why no one met me out at the car as that had happened in the past and she loudly started scolding me and informing me that the dealership had just been sold and there was nothing that she could do about it and she was sorry that I had to wait. It was clear that she was annoyed that I had asked Why things were different and was going to share that with the entire dealership as to make me look like a fool. I honestly feel Audi does not care about customer service and more about selling and servicing their vehicle how ever they see fit.

I understand the nail in the tap fire is not covered and is not Audi's fault. But I was at my wits end with several commitments that I needed a car for you and the tire store wanted to replace all 4 do you to 4 wheel drive..... I only have 4000 miles on my car. Audi stepped up and got me a single tire. Many thx!

Very bad communication (almost none) regarding the repairs needed. No response to my text messages when requesting more information on diagnosis and no response to my text for uber pickup. I ended up having to find someone to drop me off, then to find out there is a leak of some sort. No idea of the impact. I am going on a long drive and now left in a bind due to awful communication. I called but no one picked up either. Josh did call a couple of times but every time I called back, it went to vm. So I text instead of leaving a vm.
I love the staff at Livermore Audi. They always make me feel top notch. I always recommend them to all my friends, family, and co workers.
