Great job. When an issue was found with a secondary water pump Josh asked me if I had purchased an extended warranty. He explained his system did not list 3rd party companies that could have been used. I checked my sales contract and was able to give him the vendor name and policy number. That saved me $1200! I appreciate him making the extra effort to tell me to check the sales contract because there could be a policy his system doesn’t see.

Working with Nancy to get my car serviced was a pleasure. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and made sure to let me know there were a few people ahead of me to check in and that I could have a seat in the waiting area. She then was able to get a technician to go on a test drive to find the source of a rattling sound in the car. She also explained all the work that was going to be performed on the car. Later, she followed up about the rattling sound and helped me setup another appointment to bring the car back for an inspection/diagnosis and also arranged for a loaner car. Appreciate Nancy’s efforst for the seamless and very smooth service experience.
Nancy was an amazing service rep. She kept me up to date with the service options and made me feel assured that i was taken cared of. I couldn’t have imagine a better service experience with out nancy at the helm. I hope audi usa hires more nancys.
Joshua was great and the service was fast but our brand news tires look horrible on our car. I don’t know why they look used and are discolored. A big disappointment for a 1k investment. I will be sending photos to Joshua to see if he can explain the blemishes. Thank you.
