Not enough room for formal complaint so here is a synopsis Car purchased end of July. Driving it for 10 days caution light drive with care brakes worn light comes on. Called you at 9am told the earliest you could look at car 1st Sept. I suggested this was outrageous and asked for service manager to call me back. I called again at 1pm and was promised call back. I called again at 4.30 and finally got Alex. He took the car in the next day and was very helpful. However it came to light that the pre certified powerful car had been knowingly sold with 2mm on front brakes and 3mm on back pads. They should have been 20mm. I am appalled you pre certified this and how difficult you made it to contact service. Also I have no paperwork on the car the maintenance plan and paint interior coverage purchased. I look forward to your comments

Everything from the male associate (I'm sorry I can't remember his name. Matt I think) was very good. He was very helpful, but when buying the car, we didn't get asked for our social security and other info which was odd. Finally, the only real issue was that we don't have any paperwork for the car, which doesn't bode well in our head if we needed it for anything.

Benjamin went above and beyond the call of duty. I was aware of the work being done; and when the issues were confirmed. His team got the car back to me quickly and with the issues resolved accurately. Before Livermore, I have taken my F-pace into 3 different dealerships to resolve the moonroof not retracting properly. In each instance, i was told it was working as designed. When I brought the car to Benjamin he recognized the issue right away, and got it fixed. I will try to only work with his team in the future. With a car like this, when you find the right team; that's it. And this is the right team.

It took two weeks to even get an appointment and then the appointment availability was weeks after that! My car only has 14k miles but somehow because of the lease I’m obligated to pay what would be servicing of 36k miles even though the lease ends in a month! And the car is in great shape. The only reason I brought it in was for an oil change and the check engine light came on, which ended up just being a download issue?? Somehow I still ended up paying over $800. I had to unexpectedly get a rental car because servicing was going to take over a day. No idea this would be the case so hadn’t prepared at all, given every other standard service I’ve had there has just taken a few hours. I am coming from Oakland to Livermore so the unexpected round trip definitely took a toll on me during work. For most luxury dealerships, loaners include a similar if not better car. Instead I had to take an Uber from your dealership to another location just to get a rinky dink car that I then had to pay to fill up gas so they wouldn’t gouge my credit card on file when returning. Needless to say, so happy to give this car back next month and will not be returning as a customer or recommending this dealership to any of my contacts.
