Made an appt that was 5 weeks out. On the day I asked if I could drop the car off early. I was told to fill out a key envelope, park in front of the service bay and put the envelope in the key box at the Subaru dealership. Appt was at 930 and I was told it would take 2 hours. 5 hours later I called for a status update. Ivwas told they could not find the key and did not know who the car belonged to. So the car sat where I parked it all morning and nothing was done to it. They finally found the key and got everything done in an hour. I will give props for that but I never like worked has to be rushed. Made me think of things actually git done and done properly. I paid alot for the car and only expect that the service matches the product

The individual who made my appointment was either new or woefully under trained. His inability to provide customer service that I have been accustomed to at RR is concerning.

After completing the service, the problem isn’t fixed. The vehicle nearly overheated again on my wife. She had to pull off the road and run the heat to try and cool off the engine. This presents a huge safety issue with the way the car shuts down and clamps speed to 10mph. It’s not fixed after sitting in service for a week. I really expect more from a $120k, 2020 model year, flagship Range Rover HSE.
Benjamin was waiting on my arrival, answered all my questions and saw that my vehicle was promptly serviced. He kept in good communication and the personal touch was appreciated.
The cost of maintenance was higher than I expected, but the quality was high. I am a little worried about handling as the steering is tight now. Have not driven it much. Very much appreciate the car wash! Ben was a delight to work with. He kept my apprised of my car’s status.
Benjamin was fantastic. I believed my visit would come at major expense, and it turned out to be a great day when Benjamin and the Jaguar team of techs proved me wrong. I was also grateful that Jaguar afforded me a vacant office whereby I could comfortably perform my work across a desk. My visit also proved to be shorter than my anticipated 8 hrs; I was out in less than 3 hours.
