We paid for the full work to be done for a hitch install. When the vehicle was picked up, my wife was not told that a part was sent out for paint and we only found out after follow up. So communication was poor to start.
The part was supposed to then be ready last week but we have not been able to get any update on it since. My wife called and left a message and I followed up with text. No response in the last couple of days.

Excellent customers service and timely service of my Range Rover. Rep Ben went out of the way to get me a loaner in time . And Cindy in the admin office was very friendly and receptive!! Their newly remodeled facility is very modern and well done. My vehicle runs well after the service. Thanks to the team’s teamwork
The customer was provided by the Rep was great. However, I was really frustrated as it took the dealership to give me the appointment for almost 3 weeks later. I wish you guys can accommodate your customers sooner. I was without a car.
