Jay not only represented Dave warren as a company,but went beyond what was required to get my warranty company to do what they should do, but also didn't let them try to get out of paying for what they know wasn't my fault. Dave warren as a company will always be my go to company for my trusted auto needs! Also Jay knew I was going through tough family emergency and treated me like I was family and your whole staff wished my family well in our painful time when they didn't have to be anything more then a car dealerships.they treated me like family and have gained a loyal customer!

It was a sat morn , lots of projects in the works I understand. I am accustomed to having my vehicle washed and cleaned up after service . Staff apologized due to not having enough time to get Jeep washed . And after the oil was changed. I had to wipe motor off due oil drops spilled and not wiped up . Like I said it was sat Morn , and things needed to be rushed thru. However Dave warrens operations are top notch , and he expects nothing less. I’m not complaining I was just doin survey and was giving my honest feedback. Dave warren rocks ????

1st thank you Dave for refusing to discuss the time line of me truck! From what you text me, you have no idea of the dates , from when I brought my Ram to you and the reason behind any of the issue ! Instead you listen to one side of the story and it was good enough for you! Myself as your customers from the day you opened , as I asked to talk about the wrong information you were given and for to text me and say you have nothing to talk to me about was very unprofessional. You quit on a customer, because you decided you know the facts .. throwing away customer is not a good way to do business! Thank you for telling me I was committing insurance fraud for asking for transparency ! As I asked your service manager if he could send the diagnosis information to my insurance company , to see if the damages are covered under my comprehension plan ! FYI I DID HIT A DEERE WITH MY PLOW AND I ROLLED UNDER MY TRUCK ! I had 2 other ppl in the truck with me! Thank you for the respect

I took the day off to bring the truck up there from an hour away with another vehicle so I didn't have to wait. They were supposed to replace two lower ball joints and the muffler because it will not pass Pa. Inspection. The appointment was at 1pm. It sat there from 1pm till 3:30. When I came back the truck had not been touched. Telling me they needed a day to fix it. I wasted a hole day of my time and nothing was done. This was the second time things did not get done! I am not happy at all! Now I have to make another trip on my weekend.Very dissatisfied!

My truck had several warning codes and lights, we called to have this checked during our oil change appointment. Our call was never documented in the service ticket. Upon pickup, i inquired about the warnings. The service employee went to my truck and simply cleared the codes. After driving less than a mile the codes came back because the issue obviously wasn’t actually fixed, though I was told it was. After calling back it was made apparent that the issue was never looked into. There is NO way the codes were not seen when the truck was pulled in for the oil change since they appear upon starting the engine. They were totally ignored!!! I find this to be unacceptable and am extremely disappointed that a dealership would treat their customers so carelessly. I now have to wait 5 days before I can get my truck repaired. In the mean time I have no ABS, no traction control, no towing, and no 4 wheel drive.
