Front and rear brakes failed inspection, but they were fine. Might be a matter of opinion on the part of the inspector, but another shop was willing to pass it. Mechanic also freakishly over torqued 3 of 5 Lugnuts on each rear wheel.
I called on Friday to check on the status of my car and was told that someone would call me back. I did not receive a call. I called Saturday to check on my car and see about getting a loaner and was told that someone would call me back but yet again nobody called me back and I have been stuck all Easter weekend without my car or a loaner. This has been by far the worst experience with Dave Warren I have ever had!

Something I was told would take 10-15 minutes took almost an hour even with an appointment. It put me behind on my schedule for the rest of the day.

Was disappointed I did not receive a phone call about repairs needed OR that it was not going to be done as promised. An email was sent to personal email, which was sent to spam, and I was at work about repairs. I had to call them about it and then again at end of my shift for a ride. It was at that time I was notified my vehicle was not gone. I did receive a loaner, but that is not the point. Communication is the point.
