Wawa trash was left in my car after service
I was very,very pleased with the attention I received from the moment of my arrival to the completion of my service. Alex was great at explaining all details and billing for the work done on my Giulia. He was very polite and made me feel confident in the switch from my previous dealership in Winter Haven to the new location in Lakeland. Love the new dealership!
It was all good with the exception of this Alax guy. I called him last week he said on a phone call will call back he never did.
I called the next day he supposedly made an appointment for me I showed up after driving good 1/2 an hour and there was no appointment for me. I was mad yo be quite honest till the other guy took care of me.
The tech was supposed to reach out to corporate or someone to see if they could run another code on my car. I was told by Mr. Stefano that he would be calling me (this was the Friday was there). Being that I had not heard anything, I reached out to him via email on Tuesday April 9th. In which he responded that he “asked the tech” and that “the tech is calling back” and that was last I heard from him. I have had several issues with the lack of communication with the Audi Lakeland service team (Besides Tony Mcalla) I will for now on be going to Orlando. This was my last straw…

Tony was so kind and I could tell that he really cares about customer satisfaction. Audi Lakeland was also much nicer to deal with than Audi Tampa, so I will be bringing my car to Lakeland in the future should the need arise.
