Made an appointment for oil change. Took 3 hours to hear I need tire rotation and coolant. Took another 2 to get done along with diagnostic. Five hours for maintenance appointment. Told me over 8k to fix coolant leak. Asked if the 100k extended warranty covered was told they would call and check on Monday before I left at 230. It's Wednesday at 1pm still no call back. Horrible experience.
I had asked that my tires be rotated. After I got home and noticed tires were not rotated, I called back and was told two of the tires were too worn and needed to be replaced. I agree there was some wear on two tires, but I think these could be rotated and used for a while.

Alex was great. However, there were some loose screws left on the floorboard of driver and passenger sides of the vehicle. There was also an aftermarket piece/accessory that I bought and installed missing from the engine/start button on the steering wheel.
Tony is the best! He always takes care of my needs when it comes to my car’s service. He is pleasant and he remembered me from my last service and some particulars when it came to my car.

I went in for a recall, after waiting 4 hours I was told they didn't have the parts. This is unacceptable, as I told them about the recall when I made the appointment.
