Alex was superb - we had just arrived on the auto train in Sanford from VA when our low pressure warning light came on. We were a mile away from your dealership and were seen/taken care of immediately. We had tires replaced with no issues, and Alex arranged for Ubers for us to get some lunch while work was done. It was a perfect experience- the car wash was a great ending. Perfect Audi service
Alejandro was great, however, when he was out, I could not get any help from anyone else. I asked for multiple updates on Monday with no response, then I called for an update & the lady that answered said she couldn’t get me any information & I would have to call back in the morning. Since I was at work, I had my mom call for an update. When she did, she was HUNG UP ON & the service advisor proceeded to call me twice, then my mom got him on the phone again & was refused to be passed to a manager. Overall, shocking customer service & we found out my car had BEEN ready & no one let me know until it was too late to pickup on Monday.
No big deal, it just took awhile to get our loaner ready so we could go take care of our business for the day.
