Very thorough diagnostic of my vehicle, but the whole service department should know what’s going on with the vehicle. When I came to pick it up no one knew anything about it because Randy was gone for the day. Shouldn’t all that info be in the computer or something? Also, labor cost is way too high there.

Everything was great except the oil change sticker was not replaced with a current one. That seems to be a rescuing problem

Came in for oil change, wiper blade replacement, and new bulb for headlight. How long should that take? 30 min? Hour? 75minutes?? 90 minutes?? At lest you’d expect an update, right? Nope. 2 hours?? Nothing. Finally after 2 hours I asked what was going on. “We’re working up an estimate.” What? An estimate? 2 hours and 15 minutes later I get an estimate on something I still don’t understand. Service guy was nice enough fella but all in all very disappointed: not to mention— the bathroom is pretty disgusting. You guys can do better.
