The service department must have manufacturer support to complete required repairs. This is again a case where this support is not available on a timely basis. It is a shame that in this case, where the manufacturer has promised resolution to the defect. yet after at least 3 attempts it has not been resolved. Randy cannot resolve the issue !! Ram must provide the proper part to resolve the issue,
