Oil change is advertised at 19.99. When my husband went to pay, the bill was $40.26. He left then returned to question the bill. The serviceman said since it needed 6 quarts of oil that’s why it cost more. Also the invoice said we requested a chassis lube, which we did not. This is the second time this has happened to us. He then reduced the bill to $29. I can’t imagine a quart of oil would cost $10. This is where our frustration comes in.

Without the support of the manufacturer Randy’s hands are tied. How a company the size of Fiat does not have a program to have the Navigation System updated regularly is beyond my comprehension. The inaccuracy was pointed out one day after delivery and now after two years it is still not fixed. Meanwhile Randy is trying his best to correct this issue, a issue which Fiat stated would be fixed shortly after purchasing. Why he is rated for this disaster is inexcusable. He has done everything over and above any normal service. His performance is excellent

I still cannot have the engine stop when I stop I'm going to test it some more tomorrow morning and let you know I went into the settings and it said the the stop start not ready I'm not sure what that what that means if I push the little a on the dashboard it says the stop sort is off so I push it again so it's on but it's not ready I'm not sure what that means

After the initial delay in providing an update on day 1, Matt was very responsive in letting me know the game plan and getting me into a rental since the vehicle issue was going to take an extra day or two. The team was thorough in their approach to addressing the electrical issue. Once they felt confident in the trouble shooting results they kept the vehicle for one last test the next morning. My Wrangler is now fixed and ready to roll. Thank you Matt and team for the great service.
