We come back specifically because Randy is so knowledgeable, he explains everything, he is patient and we trust him. Most definitely a 5 star employee! Another keep dealerships is closer to our home but we come here because of Randy.
The required service was completed in the timeframe as promised. Transportation home and back was provided due to the length of time to perform the ega cooler recall.
The overall experience was very satisfactory and exceeded my expectations.
I've been with you for a longtime. Don't expect to leave as long as I'm satisfied.

Don’t tell me that I need to make a appointment and not get my car in for my appointment time and then they kept my car for 4 days

Matt was wonderful, But I am disappointed with the FCA company, that they are aware of the Issues with the design of the 2017 Pacifia Radiator and that they will not stand behind the customer in dealing with resolving the problem. I have called and spoke with 3 reps from FCA, all were not helpful in resolving the promblem. This is unacceptable for all of us Pacifica owners.

Just wondered if the car was "checked" over when the oil was changed. Previously received info. Regarding the tires, fluids, etc.
Took 1.5 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Had an appointment also.
