Nice guys at service desk. Fast, efficient service. Would be nice to ban talking (not quiet usage) of cell phones in waiting room. SO annoying when someone chats loudly on phone when other waiters are reading, watching TV or just chilling.

I have damage to my vehicle. There is a gouge in the door, likely a door ding, that was not there prior to bringing it in. In addition to this, I have a dash camera in my vehicle that records continuous motion, as well as incidents. There are multiple parking incidents recorded and one continuous incident recorded. Some of them appear to be slamming my doors shut and driving over speed bumps fast, which is still unacceptable. Especially since the dash cam was not hidden or a secret, and the driver is alerted to it via audio message when the vehicle is started. Bryan was nothing short of "tremendous" with his handling of my warranty problem! He contacted your management to look for a solution which ended up with some sort of an appeal to the warranty company by 5 Corners. Great job Bryan! That's one of the reasons I just leased a "new" Ram 1500 from 5 Corners!
