I love the service provided but you guys have spoiled us with the complimentary car wash that it just feels weird and cheated out of now that we don't get it lol.
The people who work at service are phenomenal at Infiniti Manhasset. Fair and top notch service!
But, I miss having a loaner at my disposal and having a cleaned car when I pick up. I certainly hope this is rectified before my lease is up.

Excellent customer service. The car was ready early which gave me time to do other things. My only concern was the lack of the tradition car wash. David explained that the car washer was down at the moment but it was still a disappointment.

I came for an inspection. I was hoping to just drop off my car and they could call me if they had any questions or suggestions for extra things I needed to fix. I was told to wait in a waiting room to speak to someone about what I needed. I explained that I had a ride waiting and could somebody call me but I was told no. I waited 15 minutes and then told the receptionist I had to leave they could either call me or I’ll bring my car somewhere else. So she took my number. Nobody ever called me until the car was ready so I’m not sure what they needed from me. Everybody was very nice and professional but I feel in the future I may go somewhere else that is a drop off service.
