No car wash after service, I had another concern about my car that I added to the form when I signed up for the appointment, but I forgot to mention it...but why should I have to mention it if I put it on the form when I requested the appointment? I drove really far for this appointment, because of the good service I received the first time I was there, not sure I'll travel this far again.
