Andrea provided amazing customer service. She was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. I brought my car in for a broken key fob, oil change and brakes. Andrea kept me updated on every step of the process and even stayed late for me to pick up my car…..that is going above and beyond for the customer. I previously went to Infinity Bayside to have the same service performed, and they were not helpful at all, and didn’t even fix my car!! Manhasset took great care of me and provided a completely different experience than Bayside. You should take Andrea there to teach the service associates what true customer service is. I will be a loyal customer of Manhasset because of Andrea and the great service she provided. Thanks for making this experience a great one.
Chairs in waiting area were in poor condition and need to be replaced. All weather floor mats where not in stock.
However all the personnel where friendly, helpful and professional.

Andrea is wonderful and very accommodating. I give her a 10/10. However we came in as the emissions light went on. It was resolved but then went back on after we left. I spent another two hours there the next day and sure enough the light went back on tonight. So I’ll need to come back next week. So this has nothing to do with Andrea who is wonderful to deal with, but the issue is not resolved unfortunately.
Once again, Dave and his team came through for me in the clutch when I needed them the most.
I appreciated the costumer service provided by David Banks and the staff.There is a problem with my QX 55 2022 that has been brought to the attention of the manufacture.Now look forward to Infinity to take care of the issue.
