I was not happy with the fact that Infiniti of Manhassett feels that the customer should be charged with the expense of using a credit card not to mention that they want 4% for credit card usage. This is absolutely ludicrous and shameful
Andrea is wonderful, a 10 out of 10. However I had to come to the dealership three different times for the same issue which was a simple sensor light. Someone should not need to devote seven hours of their time, access three different appointments, to address a sensor issue. Again not a reflection on Andrea who is great. But far from a good customer experience.
